Evaluate the Opportunity
Assess product fit, margins, pricing, recurring purchase behavior, customer enthusiasm, compensation economics and brand considerations before committing to the model.
We help founders considering a direct sales model, startup direct sales companies choosing the right operating foundation, established businesses exploring a new channel, and existing direct sales companies ready to strengthen operations and grow.
Our family's involvement in direct sales goes back to the 1980s. Ron Spence was a founding partner of Jenkon Data Systems, one of the industry's early technology providers, and later served as CEO and Master Distributor of Young Living. He remains involved with Three Peaks as a senior advisor.
Chad and Jeremy Spence continued through different sides of the industry - technology, operations, customer support, company infrastructure, field systems and growth. Together, the Three Peaks team brings experience from the corporate office to the field, and from domestic launch through international expansion.
One of the strongest opportunities for Three Peaks is helping startup direct sales companies - especially organizations that have not yet selected their back-office platform, operating model or support structure.
Founders often need more than software. They need help evaluating whether direct sales is the right model, how the economics should work, what kind of back-office and operational structure the business needs, and how to launch without creating preventable problems later. When the right fit is a purpose-built platform, ChannelWorks gives us a modern foundation we can configure around the company rather than forcing the company into a generic operating model.

Some established businesses already have the hardest pieces: a strong product, operating infrastructure, customers, brand credibility and fulfillment capability. What they may not have considered is whether those assets could support an additional relationship-driven distribution channel.
Assess product fit, margins, pricing, recurring purchase behavior, customer enthusiasm, compensation economics and brand considerations before committing to the model.
Determine whether the best path uses existing products, a new product line, a separately branded offering, or a combination designed to protect the current business.
Turn the model into a working business through technology, operations, field systems, support, integrations, launch planning and execution.

The first job is to determine whether the economics, product, customer behavior, margins, operations and growth opportunity actually support the model. If the opportunity is real, we can help build it.
Channel feasibility, product structure, pricing, margins and compensation economics.
Enrollment, ordering, billing, subscriptions, fulfillment, support and operating processes.
Back-office systems, integrations, commissions, reporting, APIs and administrative tools.
Onboarding, training, duplication, accountability and distributor development.
Support infrastructure, communications, retention and service workflows.
Market readiness, operational preparation, localization, launch execution and multi-market support.
Technology affects operations. Compensation affects field behavior. Customer support affects retention. International expansion exposes weaknesses in systems and processes. Growth magnifies all of it.
Three Peaks looks across the organization rather than treating each issue in isolation. We help leadership determine what deserves attention, what should change, and what combination of technology, process and people will move the business forward.
Assess and improve support, fulfillment, billing, workflows and internal coordination.
Modernize platforms, integrations, reporting, automation and administrative tooling - or evaluate a move to ChannelWorks when a new operating foundation makes more sense.
Provide fractional technology and operational guidance where needed most.

Our direct sales work now extends into a connected set of operating, field-development and performance tools built around problems we have seen firsthand.
The operating platform for modern direct sales.
ChannelWorks provides the core operational foundation for enrollment, products, orders, subscriptions, payments, refunds, sponsor structures, commissions, billing, integrations, reporting and administration. It is designed to support a company from launch through scale without making the back office the constraint.
Structured assessments, coaching, action plans, accountability and development systems that help turn insight into productive activity and measurable progress.
Explore Begin to Win →AI-assisted business guidance, assessments, analytics and performance intelligence designed to identify what deserves attention and convert insight into action.
Explore Attain 360 →International growth introduces different operating requirements, market expectations, currencies, payments, products, compensation considerations, support needs, communications and technology dependencies.
Our experience includes both preparing organizations for international expansion and participating in the execution of multi-market launches.

We do not approach direct sales solely as developers, consultants, field builders or operators. Our experience spans all of those perspectives. That lets us see how technology, operations, customer experience, field behavior, leadership and expansion affect one another - and build around the business rather than forcing the business around the technology.
